Every call or text I made to Penny was not only rapidly responded to but always with the most pertinent and concise answers. Although Penny showed us several properties, the one we bought went from initial viewing to closed in less than 6 weeks! Remarkable from A to Z. The few times I asked to revisit the property Penny was able to accommodate same day! It is unreasonable to expect service so outstanding but she provided it nonetheless! I couldn’t be happier from purchase agreement addenda, logistics, communications and title agency/seller coordination she was aces.
