Purchasing my townhouse was virtually a painless process with many thanks to Homaira.  It was a great pleasure to work with her.  Her continual work throughout the buying process made  closing go smoothly and ensured that I  was even able to close early.  Homaira responded within minutes to any enquiry that I had, provided any information, paperwork or advice well within a timely manner.  Her knowledge of the local area, properties that were available for sale and the entire purchasing process was very helpful.  I cannot say enough great things about the purchasing experience as it was definitely the most positive buying process that I’ve gone through.
