Letter Of Recommendation

Dear Penny,

      Today was our closing day on our beautiful Ibis Country Club house in  Paradise!  We are so excited to take possession, but first we  wanted to make sure to  take the time to say thank you to you for going above and beyond for us as our broker and for helping to guide us to making the right decision. From the first time we spoke to you on the phone, we knew we wanted to work with you. You are friendly, funny, knowledgeable  and easy to work with but most of all, anyone that works with you can tell you really care about each and every one of your clients.

        Buying a second home is never an easy task.There are obvious issues such as picking out the right community and figuring out with each spouse what are your must- haves and what are negotiable. It can be a fun but stressful process as you want to make the right decision as to community, size, condition of unit etc etc. We have to say that with you, we really hit the jackpot in that you were not just a broker going through the motions of finding us a house. You really took the time to sit down with us for coffee, listen to us, get to know us as people and figure out what community we would be happiest in. That was really special to us. On top of that you are a great person and really fun to be with! Hanging out with you made our house hunting fun and less stressful! You were always honest, and your insights and experience were extremely helpful . You never rushed us but wanted us to find the ONE and be excited about it!

      Being a broker encompasses many facets and it’s not just finding a house. You went out of your way to know us, to learn our taste, to educate us and to just “let us be” when necessary.  If anyone ever wants a recommendation for a broker in the Palm Beach area there are two choices. Choice one is you. The second is no one else. You are the best and we thank you for everything you’ve done! Looking forward to having you over for that first drink near the pool!
