New Construction Scoop

2022 marks a near end point of NEW CONSTRUCTION for certain parts of South Florida. The northeastern portion of the Northern Palm Beaches is in its very last stages of final completion. The old saying that “they don’t make waterfront property anymore” has become true for landlocked property. New construction to a certain extent now and in future years will be more out West and North in Martin County.

Almost 100% of new construction is now British West Indies with open floorplans, contemporary styling, white, cream, and grey colors, and flat roof tiles, replacing the Mediterranean with gold-cast marbles, dark wood, and Corinthian columns. Gray is the new beige. Nearly every kitchen is white or cream. Granite is no longer in style, with man-made stone countertops and flooring that no longer stains or needs refinishing. Bright uses of color in accent decorating is here.

The Water Club condominiums are composed of 3 stunning, 22-floor contemporary towers overlooking the huge Lake Worth Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean in North Palm Beach are now sold out way ahead of schedule. So is Vista Blue and  5,000 North in Singer Island .

However, Amrit Ocean Resort Residences are all must-see residences and still has some new to go.

 

Amrit

This luxurious community opened in 2020 and features 2 towers with just 86 residences. These magnificent towers of Amrit are located along the pristine Atlantic shoreline in the picturesque Singer Island. Sea Glass

The first new building in Jupiter Island in nearly 20 years is set for completion this year. Sea Glass will have just 21 total ultra-luxury residences. Prices ran from $6 million to over $15m. A new building is in the works. Call us if interested.

On the Country Club front, Old Palm is now sold out. Same with Jupiter Country Club  Tear-down new construction is going on at Admirals Cove and Frenchman’s Creek.  Watch our Interactive video highlighting all the clubs and their costs.

However Panther National is set to be the first start up luxury country club since 2007.  Think ultra-luxury, starting from $3,500,000 and going north of $10,000,000 with a super modern clubhouse.  These 218 estates will be located within 3 subdivisions. A Nicklaus 18 hole course and a 9 hole par 3 course will be available for members. All homes with Tesla roofs with some on an acre of land. We can get you new information on this if interested.

 

Symphony at Jupiter
