This is how it goes with new agents. We have over 8,000 subdivisions in our database with some names repeating nearly ten times. And new buyers and even buyers who know the area really well don’t know all the names at first. People really shop by lifestyles and they shop in sectioned zones or areas.
Meaning, the Buyer who is looking in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton market is not looking in Jupiter or Port St. Lucie. Furthermore, people shop for specific lifestyles within those areas.
So, we came up with a new way of searching to learn the area. Welcome to Community Areas. This link will let you choose by 6 different areas between Palm Beach County (4 zones), St. Lucie, and Martin County. Palm Beach County is divided into Southern Palm Beach County, Downtown & Palm Beach, Western Palm Beach, and Northern Palm Beaches.
Then within there you can search in a ton of ways. Luxury Country Clubs, Value Country Clubs, Airbnb friendly communities, new construction communities, equestrian, pickleball gated community but no country club and on and on.
Once you start searching within each lifestyle within each area, you can learn about the individual subdivisions or click on the map and it will map everything out for you. Here for example is a map of all the equestrian communities in the Northern Palm Beaches.
