The townhomes offer three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a one-car garage, with floor plans from about 1,446 square feet. Homes are being released from fall 2026, with pricing to be announced. The location puts residents close to the shops and restaurants along Okeechobee Boulevard, with straightforward routes to downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach International Airport and I-95.
