Binks Preserve is located within the Binks Forest real estate subdivision in Wellington, Florida. This gated community consists of 3-5 bedroom homes with large lots and square footage of approximately 3,500. Even though the lots are large, there is still a nice neighbourly feel to this community.
The City of Wellington has much to offer in the way of entertainment, being home to the International Polo Club where polo and equestrian fans delight in this wonderful sport. Or if you are looking for more nightlife, this community is just a few miles west of West Palm Beach, where you can find all kinds of fine dining and night clubs for a fun night of dancing.
The homes at Binks Preserve were built in the late 1990s by Lennar, which means many bells and whistles came standard with these homes. Many homes have their own pool and back up onto the beautiful golf course.
