Crescent Ridge is a brand-new community coming to Southwest Ranches. Lennar are the builders of these estate homes that will be located between Flamingo Road and Orange Drive close to many amenities and conveniences of Southwest ranches and Davie.
Crescent Ridge will offer home buyers estate style homes in a vehicle-controlled community. Units will feature four models ranging from four to five bedrooms and up to 4,080 square feet of living space.
