Promenade at Tradition is a tight knit condominium sub community within Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This family friendly community is made up of modern condominiums with living areas that are open and perfect for entertaining and bedrooms with large walk-in wardrobes and stylish bathrooms. All homes have sunny private balconies that overlook beautiful tree lined streets and manicured grass areas. The homes also have one car garages and driveway parking.
All residents of Promenade have access to great community features just yards from your door. At the entrance to the community there is a large resort style pool with a clubhouse and picnic benches and tables. There are also two other clubhouses available to use complete with two fitness centers, two more resort-style pools, one lap pool, three basketball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard and tennis courts.
Within just a few minutes’ walk from Promenade you have Tradition Square that has many great shops and restaurants including Target, The UPS Store, T.J Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, McDonalds, The Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Sake Too Japanese & Thai, banks, barbers, the Women’s Health Specialists and the Tradition Worship Center.
There are also fantastic parks and just a short walk away such as Aileen’s Tree house Park, the Tradition Dog Park and the Promenade Children’s Playground. The lakes that are throughout this community have gazebos and beautifully manicured grassy areas to relax at or picnic on as you watch the world go by.
Promenade is just a few minutes from the I-95 and other main roadways, so commuting is nice and easy. In just over half an hour you can be at Jensen Beach and in under half an hour you can be in Palm City.
Other communities in great Port St. Lucie areas are The Woodlands, Walden Woods and Winterlakes.
