About Oak Ridge Ranches

Oak Ridge Ranches is a planned mixed-use community encompassing approximately 3,200 acres in western St. Lucie County. Current approvals allow for more than 8,000 residential units developed across multiple neighborhoods by several national homebuilders. Plans also include parks, schools, commercial space, recreational facilities, and extensive natural preserves.

The development will be constructed in phases, with individual neighborhoods offering different home collections and amenities. As additional phases are completed, new retail, services, and community facilities are expected to follow.


Development History

Oak Ridge Ranches began moving through the St. Lucie County approval process in 2023, with multiple residential neighborhoods receiving approval throughout late 2024 and early 2025. Several builders are participating in the project, including communities planned by Taylor Morrison, Dream Finders Homes, Meritage Homes, Kolter Land, and K. Hovnanian. Infrastructure and neighborhood construction are expected to continue over multiple years as the master plan is built out.

Because the community is still under development, home collections, amenities, pricing, and construction schedules may change as future phases receive approval.
