Evergreen Condominiums is a wonderfully landscaped condominium and villa community located right off the US-1 and the Federal Highway and is right in the heart of Port St Lucie. This community is known for the affordability and low HOA maintenance fees and still has beautiful man-made lakes with fountains and lush tropical landscaping.

For a day out in the sunshine head to Lyngate Park, just five-minutes away. Evergreen Condominiums exits on to the Federal Highway so you can quickly get from A-B. In just over 50-minutes you can get to Palm Beach Gardens and in just 15-minutes you can get to Jensen Beach.
