The first homes built in PGA National took advantage of the close proximity to the PGA National Resort Club & Spa. The small neighborhood of Burwick Villas was built in the early 1980’s and is walking distance to the club. Burwick Villa’s townhomes for sale are on Tournament Drive and have larger floor plans and garage spaces than most. Builders in the mid 1980’s and early 1990’s discovered that they could get away with giving less square footage on the outside perimeters and garages in lieu of other luxuries.
Since Burwick Villas was one of the first neighborhoods built, the developer gave each townhome a lot of extras that were not granted in other developments in future years. Burwick Villas is a quaint community. Only 19 home sites were built and it truly has a neighborhood feel. Lawn care is taken care of by the association and owners enjoy low HOA (homeowner associate fees and costs). Residents love the walking proximity to the resort and ease to get to PGA Boulevard. Burwick also has its own park next door which is great for serenity, kids, walking the dog, or just for a nice stroll.

Membership to PGA National Members Club is optional. 5 Championship golf courses, nineteen clay tennis courts, exercise and fitness center, croquet, card games, eateries, and a host of social activities make PGA National the best value in town.
PGA National real estate is located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens between PGA Boulevard and Northlake. Access to I95 and the Florida turnpike is a stone’s throw away.
