ParcView grew out of the City of Miramar’s broader investment in Historic Miramar and its efforts to increase workforce homeownership opportunities. Construction was initially anticipated to begin earlier, but the project timeline subsequently changed. A formal groundbreaking took place in January 2025, marking the start of the development phase for the new townhomes.
