Tucked behind gates in central Jupiter is the small, gated community of 98 single-family homes known as Stonebriar. These one and two story Jupiter Homes range in size from about 1,700 square feet to around 3,000 although most tend to be in the upper 2,000 foot range. They were built during the 1990’s. Inside the homes in Stonebriar you will find a variety of flooring including hardwoods, large ceramic tiles laid on the diagonal or Saturnia. Counters are typically Corian or granite and appliances might be stainless steel or other high end types. You may find homes have been outfitted with accordion style hurricane shutters or have impact glass installed to protect in the event of a storm.
Community features include a pool, tennis courts and low HOA fee which typically covers security, basic cable and grounds maintenance. The central location means shopping in Jupiter is only minutes away along Indiantown Road. It also means the schools are our great “A” rated Jupiter schools.
It also means the beaches Jupiter is so famous for, are about a 10 minute ride to the east. Here along the famous Beach Road you will find about 5 miles of wide and clean, free beaches where beach fisherman, kite boarders, surfers and families enjoy the clear, warm water along the coast.
The Palm Beach International Airport and the cultural center of downtown West Palm Beach with venues like the Kravis Center are reached via a short 15 minute ride down I-95. The shopping in Palm Beach Gardens is plenty, places like The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens, head south about 10 minutes. If there is a golfer in the family, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and Tequesta have an unlimited supply of courses to challenge you.
