Jupiter is a small town where many modest neighborhoods were developed in the 1970’s. These neighborhoods are intimate in school and the homes are typically three bedroom, two bath family style homes. One such neighborhood is Cove Harbor located just off Center Street in central Jupiter.
Homes in Cove Harbor might appeal to you if you are seeking a great starter home in a safe neighborhood where the schools are good, the location is even better and the general area is safe. Homes here are about 1,700 square feet in size but do not have private pools. A pool is hardly necessary since the North County Aquatic Center is less than a mile away.
The neighborhood is small since the community backs up to Jones Creek coming indirectly off the Jupiter Inlet although none of these homes are waterfront. The central location in Jupiter real estate means all the schools are part of the “A” rated Jupiter system and Jupiter High School and Jupiter Elementary are less than 2 miles away. Jupiter Middle School will take you about 10 minutes to drive to in our light traffic.
Other facilities close by are the Public Library, the Town Hall of Jupiter, the Jupiter Medical Center and of course, the famous beaches of Jupiter. Here along the coast we have miles of wide, clean and never crowded beaches where surfers and kite boarders gather almost daily and where fishermen try their luck at catching big snook and pompano in the surf.
The Jupiter Inlet with its 150 year old Lighthouse and Dubois Park are just 5 minutes away as is Carlin Park on the ocean and Sawfish Bay Park on the Intracoastal Waterway. Great theater awaits at the Maltz Dinner Theater located 5 minutes away too.
