About Sandpiper Cove

Geographically speaking, Jupiter is a very small town. This means the town is limited in space and cannot develop in all directions. So when a new community is built, excitement runs high. This is the case with the Botanica Homes. Many homes have two car garages. These luxurious units have three floors with high ceilings and with the den/office on the first floor which is perfect for working at home, a living area and bedroom on the second floor and double master suites on the third. The second floor will feature a kitchen offering granite counters and cherry cabinets. Impact windows all around are also an added bonus, and the community offers 2 pools and tennis facilities.

Since Jupiter is a small town, all the locations for your daily needs are very close. The public library, post office, Town Hall, North County Aquatic Center and Jupiter Medical Center are all about a mile away. Since this is a small town, when you get to any of these locations you will find they are not crowded at all. Exiting Botanica, you pass by a grocery shopping center that is certainly within walking distance of your home.

Our famous beaches are about a 10 minute ride to the east where you can enjoy miles of clean, free beaches. The beaches draw cyclists, walkers (with and without their dogs), joggers and folks just enjoying the best of life here.

And about 10 minutes to the south is the golf/shopping/dining mecca of Palm Beach Gardens with the famous Gardens Mall and many fine restaurants.
