Hutchinson Island features many great condominium complexes’ and one of them is Ocean Pearl. Built in 2003 the building houses just 48 condos each containing three bedrooms and around 2200 square feet of living space. Residents have access to covered parking which will protect your car on those hot days. Enjoy panoramic views of the river, ocean, and Fort Pierce Inlet which can be enjoyed from your own balcony.

The gated community has a mandatory HOA fee that covers common areas, maintenance etc. and residents are allowed a maximum of two pets up to 20lbs. Amenities here include private beach access, a swimming pool, community clubhouse, and a gym.

Located on the beautiful Hutchinson Island residents enjoy a relaxed pace of life in a beautiful area of the Treasure Coast. The island houses three dozen beaches all with something different to offer, some are perfect for fishing, others have the shipwrecks from years gone by so scuba diving and snorkeling are perfect, and others allow horseback riding; Hutchinson Island is one of the few places that does allow it. Life isn’t just about the beach though, residents also enjoy a round of golf, plenty of history can be found at Elliot’s Museum and Gilbert’s Bar House of Refuge, and entertainment from the many hotels and restaurants.

Visiting the mainland is simple, with such a great location to Jensen Beach and Stuart you can take advantage of all these places have to offer.
