Lyons is a small community in a great Hobe Sound area that is close to everything you need for relaxation and adventure. The homes within Lyons are large and affordable single-family homes with spacious yards with plenty of room for trucks and caravans.

Within 2-miles you have a variety of parks and shops. You have William G. “DOC” Myers Park it has soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also plenty of space to picnic or take a leisurely stroll. There are also the J.V. Reed and Zeus Parks, there you will find two tennis courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground and more places to picnic and run around with the dog.

Close by you also have the Hobe Sound Elementary School, the Hobe Sound Bible College and the Hobe Sound Public Library.

The Island Crossing and the Market Place at Hobe Sound shops are a few minutes away, there you will find all the necessities such as a Publix Super Market, Redbox, hairdressers, Anytime Fitness, Sunoco Gas Station, Wells Fargo Bank, Winn-Dixie, hardware shops, mechanics, McDonalds, Catfish House and many more family restaurants. Super convenient!

If you feel like going further afield, head to the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge, there are 1000 acres of amazing bush, wetlands and beaches to hike around. If you want to be part of the preservation of the turtles that make this area home, you can join the sea turtle walk program. You need to sign up in April, and then on lovely summer evenings in May and July you can be part of the magic!

Both the A1A and the US-1 S are close to Lyons, so commutes are stress free. In under an hour you can be exploring Lake Worth or head North for 25-minutes to get to Palm City.
