Pearl City is Boca Raton’s oldest community and dates to 1915 and was established for African American residents. House were wooden structures and roads were just sand roads with no street names. Today homes are built of solid construction with one story, located on roads made with asphalt and with names such as Sapphire Street.
These homes are situated close to Mizner Park, less than a mile from the beach, and within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Boca Raton has many attractions offering galleries, museums, a plethora of cafes, bars, restaurants, and stores, nature parks, golf courses, and so much more. Head to the beach for some fun in the sun or charter a boat for a spot of fishing or sailing.
Families with children have access to a choice of A rated schools and the Florida Atlantic University making Boca Raton a great choice when considering education. Access highways to take you to places further afield and explore towns and cities throughout south Florida.
