The site later operated under the ARIUM Lincoln Pointe name. In January 2025, Related Group and 13th Floor Investments acquired the property, setting the stage for a major redevelopment of one of Aventura’s sizable remaining low-rise waterfront sites.

Early redevelopment concepts filed in 2025 contemplated two 32-story towers with approximately 453 residences. Those initial plans also illustrated an extensive recreational program across the waterfront property.

The proposal was subsequently revised. By August 2025, the City of Aventura’s development tracking identified two 31-story towers with 409 residential units, and the project remained under administrative site-plan review. A January 2026 briefing to the City Commission continued to reference the 31-story, 409-unit plan and also identified 12 townhomes.

Arium Lincoln Pointe should therefore be considered a proposed redevelopment rather than an actively selling new condominium community. The existing property remains relevant until redevelopment moves through the necessary planning and construction stages.
