This may be the last season of American Idol, but don’t cry for mainstay host Ryan Seacrest: the sole remaining original cast member of the show that launched a thousand careers is far from sitting at home and resting on his laurels!

Ryan Seacrest’s home includes 9 rooms and spans 3 acres in prestigious Beverly Hills

What most people don’t know is that, very quietly, Ryan Seacrest has become one of the most powerful men in Hollywood. He’s already made the Forbes list of Richest Celebrities time and again (with a personal net worth of over $60 million, and a company net worth of more than $300 million) thanks in no small part to the success of the Kardashian franchise, for which he is the executive producer. He is also the executive producer of the Bravo hit TV show, Shahs of Sunset, and will also be executive producing the upcoming Jennifer Lopez vehicle, Shades of Blue, on NBC.

When he’s not sitting behind the producer’s chair, he is the news editor for E! News, a contributor to NBC (especially for their Olympic coverage), and the host of the nationally syndicated radio shows On Air with Ryan Seacrest and American Top 40.

If that isn’t enough to keep the man busy, he also is a spokesman for such brands as Bing & Coca-Cola, and he runs the non-profit Ryan Seacrest Foundation. Phew!

But oh, what have we here, celebrity real estate fans? Look to the right of the “Seacrest Compound”…what is that big green monstrosity? Is it a water treatment plant? Is it an alien launching pad? Is it an Illuminati sacrificial temple? Who knows! All we know is this: Seacrest is going to have a difficult time selling this house if and when the time comes thanks to that…thing!
