The Harbor Collection steps up to about 3,290 to 4,850+ square feet, anticipated from the $1,500,000s. Highlights include the five-bedroom, four-car-garage Nautilus and the 4,850-square-foot Gables.

Across both collections you will find modern, contemporary and transitional exteriors. Inside, expect two-story great rooms, gourmet kitchens, lofts and optional multi-generational suites. Eight of the nine plans are single-story or place the primary suite on the first floor.

Resort-style living behind the gates

The amenity center is designed for everyday use, not just weekends. Residents will have:

• A resort-style pool with cabanas

• A pavilion and fire pit
• A playground, play field and open green space

Gateway Springs sits between Delray Beach and Lake Worth, with easy access to Boca Raton to the south and West Palm Beach to the north. Renaissance Commons shopping and dining is a little over a mile away, and the beaches, waterfront parks and golf courses of southern Palm Beach County are a short drive. Children will attend Palm Beach County public schools.
