Woodland Lakes Update
The concrete restoration project for all 120 condo unit patios in Woodland Lakes is moving along nicely. As far as the sales this season, almost all the condos sold within 30 days! Keep in mind interest rates are rising, so if you wanted to view the condos that are available, there are only two available to see. One is a two bedroom with lake views and the other condo is an end unit with two bedrooms plus a den overlooking the golf course and lake views throughout.
