Woodland Lakes – Low Inventory

We are near the end of the season in Woodland Lakes. Only three condos remain active in Woodland Lakes ranging between $212,000-$235,000. Two of the three condos are located on the first floor which are always in demand and enjoy the beautiful lake views.

Also, the project to fix all the outside patios are just beginning. There will be no assessment for the homeowners because they have a very healthy reserve. As Carolyn the office manager always tells me, “it’s a wonderful place to live.”
