We’ve all had friends and relatives that have been affected by Cancer. A great way to help against this horrible disease and conversely have fun with a lot of like-minded women is to participate in the 9th Annual Women’s Cancer Awareness Day.

What started as a small golf tournament now includes cards, shopping (I know my Mom will be there :), cocktail and auction, golf, bridge, croquet, tennis, spin, spin ride, splash and dash, and a 5K run.

Last year $210,000 was raised. Monies go to Scripps for Cancer Research.

Below is a schedule of events and contact information.  Get involved! You’ll have fun, meet some new friends and play a part an important part in fighting cancer.

Make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and survivors.
