West Palm Beach’s New Planned Communities

West Palm Beach is getting ready for another condo boom, thanks in part to Palm Beach Real Estate Tycoon and visionary Jeff Greene, who is heavily invested in downtown West Palm Beach and sees great growth potential. During the real estate bust of 2007 through 2012, Jeff Greene made millions shorting the subprime mortgage market and re-investing that money into West Palm Beach Real Estate, where he currently owns over 75 acres of prime land. He is not the only person who sees great growth potential in the West Palm Beach market, either. New developments are in the planning stages and are starting to pop up throughout the downtown area.
