Sylvia is truly one of a kind. She knows the area inside out and works closely with you to figure out the best options to meet your needs. She takes everything into account, obviously including budget and personal preferences, but most importantly the things that I didn’t know enough about to even consider when searching for my home. As someone coming from another state and being a first time home buyer, I can’t stress enough how helpful Sylvia was in educating me on all things- from the importance of things like appropriate hurricane protection and roof & AC maintenance, to focusing my search on the areas that best met my particular needs from social, economic, and safety perspectives, all while staying realistic and within budget (and keeping me sane).
