We got lucky when Sophie answered our call when we began our home search in Florida last winter! She listens carefully, communicates clearly and is a no nonsense professional. Sophie understood our plan to look and learn for months before moving from California. She respected our budget and our wishlist. Her daily emails were helpful, and she always responded promptly to our calls and texts. When the time came to purchase a home and we were still living across the country, she sent us numerous informative videos of homes she toured on our behalf. When we found our home sweet home, Sophie negotiated the purchase, attended the inspection, held our hands during Hurricane Ian, and assisted with the remote closing.
