It was my good fortune that I selected Will Dean to be the person to market and sell my home. During my lifetime I have bought or sold a total of five personally occupied homes.  While I have generally been pleased with many of the real estate agents with whom I have experienced, none have been as genuinely committed to achieving success for me as has Will.

Will is very hard working, always available, responsive, knowledgeable, committed to customer satisfaction and goes well beyond what is expected to achieve his aligned with customer goals.  He is unusually responsive to his customers and works effectively in keeping them informed of all that is going on.  He knows the market and where it is going.

He will do what it takes to make sure the property he represents is presented in the best possible light.  For example: as you may know a central air conditioner unit causes water to condense into a drain pan that must be allowed to empty or the unit will cease functioning.  This is a unpredictable event but if it happens before a showing it could cause a potential buyer to walk away because the house is too hot.  That happened to me before a scheduled open house.  Will repaired the problem by personally attaching a vacuum cleaner to the drain line and clearing the condensation out of the unit, restoring the unit to full operation.
