Hi Jeff,

I would like to thank you very much for your emails about the hurricanes and damage. The one in which you alerted us about mold turned out to be very valuable to us. We had quite a bit of wind and water damage, and subsequent mold. If you hadn’t sent your email, I wouldn’t even have been the least bit concerned about mold. Thanks to your warning, I had a technical company come over yesterday and inspect for mold, under our floors, in the walls and in the air. we definitely are going to need extensive work done to rid our house of the mold, and at some point we will have to temporarily leave the house to avoid health problems, sooner or later, depending on the results of the tests which we will receive tomorrow. Had I not received your email, we might have suffered serious health problems because of the mold.

Thanks again. Both you and your team have done a great community service and protected our family from possibly serious health problems.
