Dear Jeff:

I am very pleased in the way you handled the sale of my property at Resort Villas. As you know, I tried to sell it myself for over a year without result before I gave you the listing. It took you less than three weeks to find a buyer and I think that’s excellent. I also very much appreciate the fact that you were able to negotiate such a favorable sales price. It was actually above my expectations.

Another thing I liked was the way the showings were done. You were always present so I didn’t have to be wary of people coming into my home when I wasn’t there. As I told you before, I’m not a big fan of lock boxes so I much preferred the way you went about it. I also believe your suggestions on how to make my home show better were very reasonable. I’m sure it presented better after we made the changes.

Well anyway, thanks a lot for the help and you can count on me as a reference anytime.
