Dear Jeff,

Late last year my wife Lyudmila and myself decided to sell our house and move to the coast: We called Jeff Lichtenstein and made an appointment to review our needs. Jeff arrived impeccably dressed in an upscale vehicle. I knew right away that this individual had a sense of salesmanship and responsibility. After meeting Jeff and conveying our decision he did not pressure us but clearly stated the facts and options. He told us what the market was like at this time of year and the process would be slow at best. He also showed us his sales record for our immediate neighborhood, which was rather impressive, and all of the properties had sold in a reasonably short amount of time. After reviewing the facts we decided to wait for next year and began getting our house in shape.

Unfortunately the next month I lost my job and was unemployed for four months. After several interviews, I had landed a job in Burlington, North Carolina. Now we had to sell and time was of the essence. We called Jeff who came right over and made us comfortable that we would sell the house in a reasonable amount of time, which we did. Jeff was a consummate professional always available to assist us during a very stressful time. He helped out with our needs in West Palm while I lived alone in North Carolina.
