Well, the closing is done, I’m in my new house and soon my old property on Brookhaven Court will be a fading memory. But one thing I won’t forget is what a great job you did in selling my house.

You should know that I credit you with the speed of the sale and the price we obtained which, as you know, set the new record on Brookhaven. The improvements you suggested were right on the money and I appreciate all the help you provided in suggesting contractors and ensuring that all the work got done on time. I am particularly appreciative of how you stepped in and helped a few days before closing when the A/C backed up and flooded the new carpet.
