We are writing this letter to comment on the professionalism of Jeff Lichtenstein. We own a home in PGA National at 724 Pinehurst Way. Our home was previously listed with agents from another firm. Due to mishandling of our home and the agent’s confrontational manner, we endured a frustrating, lengthy, and almost litigious ordeal just to end the contract.

Our relationship with Jeff was refreshingly different. We were kept up to date on showings, open houses, and any other information regarding the marketing of the sale. When we did finally approach the contract phase with two buyers, Jeff kept in constant contact with us advising us of all offers and countered as we requested.
