We were particularly impressed with your knowledge of the market and the direction that you provided. We took note of the fact that during the sales process, you seemed to be the only realtor in the area that consistently ran open houses within PGA National.

We were appreciative of the speed at which you returned phone calls and/or e-mails. These communications were obviously as important to you as they were to us. And then when a potential buyer showed interest in our unit, your follow-up was extremely impressive. As you know, this was the gentleman that purchased our unit.
