I had the good fortune to meet Jeff when looking at a property in PGA this summer. He did such a thorough job of showing the house and following up that I decided to use him to sell my home several months later.

Jeff is the best realtor I have ever used and my experience has been in the Palm Beach and Chicago markets. He was very good at telling me exactly what I needed to prepare the house for sale.

Once we were ready, he and his team did extensive advertising and several open houses. We started showing the house multiple times almost immediately, and began getting offers within several weeks of putting on the market.

Jeff has a unique policy of using no lock box. He does this as he insists on being there early for all showings to turn on lights and make sure everything is ready for showing. Many realtors use a lock box because they are not professional enough to be present for all showings.

Initial offers were lower than anticipated, and Jeff and I both agreed that being patient would pay off. After an open house, we received an offer very close to the asking price, which eventually ended up in a final sale.

Jeff worked very hard with paperwork and helping with finding repair people for the inspection repairs. He has several contacts for all aspects of the sales process. He was knowledgeable in many areas above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor. This is one of the things that sets him apart from his competition.

Jeff specializes in PGA and Steeplechase properties. If you used another realtor in these communities, you would be handicapping yourself by not using Jeff, as then you would be competing against him, and I would not suggest doing that to anyone.
