Diane and I wanted to thank you and your team for selling our home. We are looking forward to moving back to the Boston area to be closer to our families and friends. As everybody knows the housing market is not the best right now, but with your help and guidance we were finally able to accept an offer on the house. We learned a valuable lesson along the way. Hindsight being 20/20 we should have accepted an offer last year but our Realtor at the time suggested that the buyers were trying to steal your home! We trusted her judgment at the time only to learn that it was the wrong advice. When you came to get the listing on our home you made a few suggestions as to what would help.
