Just a personal note to say hi and to pass on to you how very impressed I am with your team and the overall effort extended on behalf of my property. Worthy of separate note, may I pass on to you my particular compliment regarding the diligence, follow-through and attention to detail in getting both the final brochure and the supplemental website all completed. As you are well aware, these were not easy tasks.

I have been informed that the foot traffic at the 123 San Maria Way open house was reasonably good considering this time of year. Of course, my skepticism regarding open houses in general and initial open houses in specific still centers on likely Sunday recreational gawkers and simply curious neighbors. But, who knows, open houses certainly don’t decrease the possibility of locating a prospect.

In any event, a thank you to you and a tip-of-the-hat to your entire professional staff for a great marketing start for a hopefully soon offer and contract.
