We worked with Joelle Kosmin-Sagner to purchase our new home at Riverland/Valencia Parc in Port St. Lucie. We began our search by speaking with Joelle and discussing what type of community we were looking for. We looked at other communities in Boynton Beach and Delray and other communities in PSL too. Joelle helped us weigh the pros and cons of each area and community. Valencia Parc is new construction, Joelle accompanied us to all the walk throughs and meetings with the builder’s sales representative. She was accessible and it was a pleasure working with her.
