This letter will serve as my very high recommendation of Real Estate Agent Howard Freedland. He assisted my partner and I with the lease of a large commercial space in North Palm Beach. While I have experience with residential real estate, I cannot say the same about commercial real estate and I needed an expert to assist me. Howard was referred to me and was an excellent choice. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on many different real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Howard was by far one of the best agent/ brokers I have used.
I can’t say enough about Howard’s professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has integrity and is tenacious, always keeping the clients’ best interests in mind. Our real estate transaction was complicated, and we had several issues with the property management. Even after the deal was complete Howard continued to assist me with these issues which was outside the scope of his responsibilities. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no- nonsense style. As a busy executive, I don’t have time to waste. He understood this and would get to the point quickly, yet professionally, always respecting our time. Howard was very responsive to questions, often responding immediately to inquiries, even those at odd hours.
