Hi Jeff,

It has been a pleasure working with Sally Stepnes to sell my home at IBIS. I had my home listed with another company for a full year and I never saw that Realtor again after I signed the listing agreement. Needless to say, I also never received any offers and the house didn’t sell.

When I decided to move to my Miami house full-time, I contacted you, primarily because I had seen the marketing material that you provided to sell other homes. I thought it was great.

Then came Sally. From the moment she first came into the house, she listened. And once I decided to try to sell the house again, she gave me advice on how to “stage” the house to make it more marketable and even suggested removing some items and adding others. My other Realtor never gave me any suggestions.

I followed Sally’s advice and it paid off with my first offer. It wasn’t a great deal and it eventually went away. But then I ended up receiving two more offers, both on the same day. Sally was really great in helping me work through those offers and I know the house sold at a higher price because of Sally.

I think what impressed me the most is that Sally came to every showing. And even though the house was empty, no lockbox was ever placed on the door. She made sure she met every potential buyer personally. She also took the time to contact me to let me know about each showing.
