I would highly recommend using Sophie as your realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, as well as how the process works. She was able to negotiate a higher than expected price for the home we were selling, as well as negotiating a good deal on the house we wanted to buy. I was very apprehensive about the process of simultaneously selling and buying a home, but Sophie eased all of ours fears, answered all of ours questions, and the entire process went very smoothly from start to closing.
