Penny Burke is a super star of realtors. I told her what I was looking for ( a very rare kind of home) , and she nailed it. She actually listens to what the client wants and doesn’t waste the client’s time showing properties which would otherwise not meet the client’s needs. Not only were her negotiating skills first class, but her vibrant personality and professionalism make her not only a superb realtor , but a friend for life! After purchasing a property from her, I have now hired her to list my house. And I have referred my sister to her, and will continue to do so to all my friends.
