Jeff, I want to take this opportunity to let you know what a conscientious and hard working agent you have in Will Dean. Will  has been extremely poised despite having to deal with the most difficult renters he has likely ever encountered. He has had to make innumerable calls and visits to my house in attempts to appease them, despite their inflexibility. He has never once complained or not offered to take care of any detail, however large or small. He is prompt, reliable, courteous and efficient. He has gone out of his way to work out the intricacies of this rental without showing his frustration. I often joke with him that there is no amount of compensation great enough for what he has had to do to keep this rental alive!
