Dear Abe, You sure know how to show that southern hospitality!!!  What a welcome to our new home!
As we mentioned, we intend to take you out for dinner upon our return with a champagne toast first compliments of you!  Your lovely gift is on ice ready to toast YOU for all you have done for us.
Abe, not only was your realtor skills invaluable in helping us to find the right home, but also your assistance in helping to set up all contacts while overseeing each issue was beyond all expectations.    This includes your car trips with Bob to the DMV and shopping to Costco and beyond.
So here we are back in NJ where it is hotter than Florida.  No worries as our lists have lists so we will be back soon!
