Over the past couple of years, I have had the great pleasure of working with you on two opportunities . Both turned out great. But the thing that I might highlight, is that someone gave me your name on the first day, so I sent you an email at 730PM saying that I might be interested in renting or selling. We did not even speak, and by midnight you had all of the rental and sales comps to me. Your competitors were days later after even speaking with them . Your hustle didn’t stop over the next two opportunities. You called me within an hour when you were sick. You are communicative, I do not believe that you ever communicated in a time more than 24 hours, and your actual response time was 1 hour in most situations.

You understand the markets, you understand the contracts, you are flexible and detail oriented, and by the way, you happen to be nice too. In my opinion, real estate is both emotion and money. You have the personality to deliver both goals to any kind of buyer and selle r.
