I wanted to write you a note to thank you for your exemplary service in handling the listing and the sale of the property on Coral Way on behalf of the estate of which I am the Executor. I have practiced law in Greensboro, North Carolina for 44 years and have had to sell hundreds of parcels of real estate in estates that I have handled. However, I have never worked with a realtor who gave the kind of service that you gave. You answered telephone calls and emails within a matter of minutes. You explained everything in great detail. You handled everything from A to Z so that my job back here in Greensboro was very easy.
You made what could have been a difficult process extremely easy. I was dreading trying to sell this property in Florida because it was such a high end property, and I was having to work long distance. You made the whole process so seamless, it was like I was in Florida myself the whole time because you kept me informed of everything and kept everything moving at a very fast pace. I cannot believe that we had this property listed and sold as quickly as you did. I do not think I have ever had a property sell and close as quickly as this one did.
