I am writing this open letter of recommendation for Elissa Profant, who has been an excellent and trustworthy partner in locating and securing talent for the various technology teams that I built and operated over the nearly 20 years that I have known her. Elissa has also been instrumental in helping me secure leadership roles at two organizations during my own career. She has a knack for understanding client needs and identifying the most important details of our business engagements, often resulting in solving business problems more rapidly than projected. Working with Elissa over the years has been both positive and effortless in comparison to dealing with others in her profession. It’s noteworthy that while most technology recruiters switch organizations frequently, Elissa maintained a long-term role with one organization for most of the years I worked with her.
