After an extensive search, we chose Jeff Lichtenstein and Echo Fine Properties to sell our home, because we noticed the following things about his realty firm:

• His firm had a high volume of sales in our neighborhood;
• His advertising material and photos of homes for sale were very professional;
• His listings seemed to have a shorter time on the market than other realtors; and
• When we were making a realtor selection, Jeff took time away from an out-of-the-country family vacation to talk with us.

We benefited from all of the above and, as a result, achieved a relatively quick and above-market sale price for our home.

While our home was on the market, Jeff’s team was very responsive.  Blake and Craig provided much of the day-to-day assistance and worked seamlessly together.  Someone was always available and made time for us when we needed them.   Blake’s being personally there for showings/ inspections and his post-showing communication couldn’t have been more prompt, thorough or valuable.  Craig’s attention to detail and ability to keep documents completion correct and on schedule ensured there were no glitches in the process.

Still, Jeff was always available for counsel, guidance and negotiating at critical times.  He made the effort to listen, understand, and be creative in meeting our needs.  His extensive experience and skill in pricing, responding to offers and negotiating were invaluable.

Even though our home value was modest by comparison, Jeff and his team gave us the same robust, thorough communication and professional services (photography, advertising copy and marketing brochure) that he gave his multi-million-dollar home sellers.

After a sales contract was signed, their very efficient processes ensured no balls were dropped or momentum lost.  Closing was smooth, fast and had no glitches.  Every detail was taken care of.

All-in-all, we know we made the right decision to select Echo Fine Properties and Jeff Lichtenstein as our realtor and would do it again in a heartbeat.
