Hello Dan,
I have been meaning to write this letter concerning our search for Florida Property but we have been busy with other things the last few weeks.
I believe I contacted Dan Uzzi in either February or March of 2017 initially to look for rental property within a golf course. Dan contacted me almost immediately by phone and we chatted for a while.
To be honest I gave Dan a lot of information to work on. My primary focus was to have Dan research homes for my daughter to purchase as well as to look for a possible winter rental in and around Jupiter for my wife and I as well. We shared specific types of possible rentals and homes with a range of Amounts that both My Daughter and myself were comfortable with.
For the next 18 Months both Dan and I briefly spoke from time to time discussing what we were looking for etc. During the 18 month time frame both my Daughter’s needs and mine changed a bit as we looked online at possible homes for purchase and rental. Dan called me from time to time to get our updated wants/needs and finally both my wife and I arrived in Jupiter area in January 2019. At this time I called Dan and told him that we were in town for part of the winter and that I wanted to meet him as we had spoken many times but never met. We did set a time and place to meet in late January 2019. At this meeting I laid out some specific needs/wants on particular possible properties that my Daughter thought would fit both her desired type of home as well as what she could afford. To be honest that was asking a lot of Dan to look into! Nevertheless Dan started searching Jupiter inventory that fit our desired description. After a few weeks of Dan’s effort my daughter decided to actually make appointments to look at some of the homes that Dan sent us listings of. Once my daughter and I started to see these homes we realized that the Market was full of homes that really didn’t meet her needs for the$$ Range she wanted to be in. That being discussed with Dan we then had Dan widen the$$ search. Once we did that it gave us more to look at in the way of what our needs were that we liked. Low and behold we looked at a home that my Wife and I fell in love with so we made an offer on it and actually purchased it. Dan has been very patient with this process and remains to be and is still spending time looking for the right “first” home for my Daughter.
Dan’s hard work created another Customer/sale for My wife and I. Dan made the process enjoyable as we performed our search and ultimately the sale of our new home. Dan is still working on looking for homes for my daughter when they hit the market, and hopefully we will find one that meets my Daughters needs and taste sometime in the near future.
